I have spent many years educating clients and my patients in their specific dietary and nutritional needs and have seen many of them achieve more optimal health outcomes as a result. Recommendations can be tailored to food preferences, dietary restriction as well as factoring in any underlying health issues that may impact any dietary changes such as in the case of diabetes or other blood sugar dysfunction.

-reconciliation of any vitamins or supplements currently being taken and making recommendations based on need or desired health or fitness outcomes
