Exercise, and specifically weight lifting is by far one of the most important things we can do to improve our overall health and lifespan. For some, however, the hardest part is getting started. Beginning an exercise regimen can be daunting, so having someone show you the proper exercises, correct form and body mechanics is not only essential to getting started, but to really ensure your success.
If you live near the Templeton area, in-home or off-site in person training is available. Sessions are approx. 1 hour in duration and we will work collaboratively to design a workout / training program tailored to your specific needs, goals or areas of improvement.
Virtual training sessions are also available. Minimal equipment is required as well as a Skype or equivalent capable phone or tablet.
Type-written workouts can also be requested for additional cost.
